Available in a creamy, rich milk flavor of Hokkaido jersey milk with a hint of mascarpone and a rich cheese flavor combining five varieties of cheeses—two cream cheeses plus Gouda, cheddar, and Camembert.
We also offer a “Mix” flavor, so you can enjoy both.
To accompany the ice cream, the sundae is luxuriously topped with one of our super popular salt & camembert cookies and a piece of milk cheesecake.
