Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Cow Cow Kitchen held its grand opening on Thursday, December 14 in EQUiA Kita-Senju inside the Tobu Skytree Line Kita-Senju Station. Cow Cow Kitchen is a new type of Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory store that’s integrated with the factory. It has a “kitchen” concept where you can enjoy freshly-made products as if they were made in a workshop right next to Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory. The Milk Pie (¥270 tax included) is packed with cream made with generous amounts of Hokkaido milk in a crisp pie baked in the shop’s oven. This is a patisserie delicacy that you can only experience at Cow Cow Kitchen.
